Pasture-Raised Lamb

Our lambs are Suffok-Hampshire breed and are entirely raised on pasture. We take great care to raise lamb of the highest quality and flavor and the results are always outstanding.

We look forward to also being able to offer Navajo-Churro lamb in 2012. This is a breed which has been selected by the Slow Food movement as a high-quality meat breed at risk of extinction.   The meat is lean with a distinctive sweet flavor.  We expect our lamb to sell out quickly this year, so we encourage our customers to place pre-orders for half or whole lambs.
