Our Angus beef cattle are exclusively grass-fed. We buy prime feeder steers in the early part of the year from a local ranch which shares our philosophy of pasture and livestock management. The calves and their mamas are raised on lush Willamette valley pastures that have been maintained with no chemical fertilizer inputs for nearly a decade. We finish the cattle on our fescue pastures, just down the road from the ranch where the calves were born. The resulting beef is outstanding in quality and flavor.
